Ram K Veera
President and CEO

Mr. Ram has more than 20 years of IT industry experience. Ram has provided leadership in the management, business development, organizational structuring, and quality management systems to steer the organization towards achieving its strategic goals for various Information Technology and Hi-Tech companies.

Ram plays a key role in formulating the business strategies and managing the organization dynamics. He oversees the business development, delivery and new product development/deployment and has an in-depth knowledge of organizational behavior, people, and processes.

Ram is responsible for leading the growth of TechnoGains Solutions (TGS) through revenue improvement, increased market penetration, and development of new products and markets.

Ram is ultimately responsible for corporate profitability and establishing policies, procedures, and strategies consistent with the values and integrity of TechnoGains Solutions.

Ram has prior SAP ERP and S/4HANA Architecture and Program Management experience in various industry verticals such as manufacturing, Financial Services, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Hi-Tech, Chemical, Aviation, Real-Estate, Mining, Public Sector and Avionics.

Venkata Eshwar Kumar
Chief Business Development Officer

Mr. Venkat is an accomplished, versatile Senior Management Executive with a stellar career history of achievement driving corporate success on behalf of the high profile and global operations.

Venkat has over 20 years of experience including General Management, Technology Solutions Marketing and Management, Product Development and Strategy. He has proven leadership in Executive Management, Business Development, Organization Structuring and Quality Management Systems to steer the organizations towards achieving the Organizations’ strategic goals.

Venkat focuses on the development and growth of the business through building relationships in the industry, identifying opportunities, and completing business deals. He combines strategic thinking and sharp executions coupled with relentless ambition and energy, which will enable the business to reach targets, goals, and attain objectives.

Venkat essentially ensures the successful delivery of the business’s outcomes through the strategic development of business plans. He Manages all activities of the Inhouse Consulting, and Strategy Planning departments, ensuring that all activities are adding value to the business.

Responsible for the establishment of strategic frameworks for capitalizing on identified opportunities across the business and approaching new prospects.

Venkat holds M.B.A. and M.F.M degrees from Pondicherry University, India.
